I have been in such a baking and “try new recipes” mood lately, and I can’t complain! I saw this recipe on TikTok and it caught my eye right away. I love brownies, and I thought this recipe would be a healthier version of that with better ingredients and still good texture!
What You’ll Need
- 3 ripe mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup oil (I used olive oil, you could use avocado oil)
- 1/4 cup plant milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 & 1/4 cup oat flour (I ground up my old fashioned oats and they worked perfectly!)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients together and whisk until completely blended. Top with more chocolate chips and flakes of sea salt
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, let cool and slice!
